Pilates
Pilates is about enhancing the whole body and it helps to build different kinds of muscles than lifting weights. It elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. It can improve posture, muscle tone, balance and core strength, as well as relieve stress and tension. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured. Exercises are performed in a flow of movement without the static poses associated with yoga. No complicated equipment to distract you as feel, understand and learn to control the way you move on the mat.
Stretch and Tone
Improve your movement, flexibility and dexterity through a low intensity, low impact workout. Get to better understand how your body moves and learn how to better control it
