Junior bootcamp designed around your kids. Fun, fitness and some education thrown in so that they too can start making healthy choices. The half day sessions will comprise of 2 main fitness sessions, a learning, relaxation or games period and some healthy down time to grab a quick drink and something healthy to snack on. DBS checked and first aid trained with previous experience coaching minis and junior rugby and hockey, we aim to make fitness fun and accessible for everyone, why let adults have all the fun?
